I return to order from this Chinese restaurant over & over food is delicious classic Chinese cuisine that you expect and want i havnt found anywhere else that comes close to still making this classic chinese food – highly recommend to give them a try – delicious

A little expensive.
A totally inept lab manager in Sydney who really needs to be let go. The root cause of so many problems.

I have had nothing but satisfaction dealing with Brooks especially the sales staff who carry a wealth of knowledge. Always willing to help and offer advice. I am very happy dealing with them and it’s all about getting the right information which they give!

Purchased Beast 18 and it started tearing in 1 years time.
As per customer service that’s the maximum life of the shoe for amount of $270 you spend.

Suggest to avoid this company.

DO NOT buy anything from Waterco their after sales support is terrible, the equipment is noisy. I purchased $8,729 worth of pool equipment from them late 2020. Some equipment was very loud and I contacted them. Colin is very hard to get a hold of, he eventually sends out some subcontractors and then I never hear back, I have to follow up and its like the fist time I have ever spoken with him. Now he has stopped responding, the last thing he said to me was “These sound bd are factory tested, not at your property you have a much louder site with the surrounding noise level.”
If my site was noisy, then I would not hear the equipment…Terrible products and service. Don’t buy.

Kudos for Jason in pbm. Awesome building manager. Easy to communicate and always responding to all our needs (keeps you updated on the progress too). We understood BM is such a stressful role to deal with many building issues daily and appreciate the effort for keeping the building so clean and well maintained for us to enjoy living in it.

My wife and I rented an apartment for 12 months. We cannot speak more highly of the Building Manager, Chris Klazidis and his team.
Chris is professional, friendly and helpful. He and his team maintained the property beautifully and ensured the cleanliness and hygiene of the property during the difficult pandemic period.
Chris is quick to find a solution to any problem big or small that you may have and he always available to assist.
We cannot recommend Chris and Pacific Building Management highly enough.

Disaster. We have flooding issues that Allworth will not accept that they have any liability. There is clear structural issues with the house. The dealings with the building team and Stephen Hall is terrible. A group of men that won’t even listen to any input just assume they have done their job right.

Terrible. Worst decision to build with this company.

I visited their shop in Rydalmere a number of times to seek advice on the the correct part for modifying a commercial lock.
They have junior staff manning the counter who have to go out back to seek seek answers from someone more senior inside the office. Unfortunately the senior staff seem to think it below them to actually come out and speak directly to customers so you end up relaying messages back and forth with the junior staff member as a go between.
This has now happened to me on 3 occasions so I think it is a cultural problem and would therefor not recommend this company if you are seeking advice or guidance before purchasing an item.
In my case the item ended up being incorrect (perhaps due to the Chinese whispers) and on returning the item I was charged a 20% ‘restocking fee’ as they deemed I had changed my mind. Once again this was conducted with a junior staff member relaying messages from out back.
Beware and be careful when purchasing items from this company.

Almost 5 years ago a friend of mine recommended VCDC to me.
Since then, I don’t have to look elsewhere to get my car repaired as I am always very satisfied with their work.
Axel is very professional and has a lot of knowledge and experience which is very hard to find these days.

AVOID! They would get zero stars if it was possible.

Just don’t do it. Ignore positive reviews as these are clearly staff/friends. No assistance for over 6 months in rectifying issues. Promise to call back but never hear from them they then invoice you for a service that isn’t being provided.
